Shipping PolicyItems ordered through KOMD are shipped UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard ground transportation, which takes 3-10 business days. You may request express delivery, which takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Free shipping on orders of $150 or greater only. KOMD ships merchandise to Canada and overseas, customer will be responsible for all shipping and duties. Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. We trust you will be satisfied with your KOMD purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, KOMD's return policy is stated below. The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to any KOMD location. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. Kansas City, MO 64114 KOMD will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or KOMD will issue a Merchandise Credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions has been met: - The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
- The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
- The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original KOMD Receipt or the original KOMD Proof of Purchase Label. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all KOMD Direct orders.)
